Peter Selwyn Gummer, Baron Chadlington (born 24 August 1942) is an English businessman and former head of Huntsworth, one of the largest lobbying firms in the United Kingdom.[1] He was president of the Witney Conservative constituency association, and is a PR adviser, long-standing supporter and donor to the Conservative Party.[2] In 2026, Gummer resigned from the House of Lords and the Conservative Party following an investigation by the Lords Commissioner for Standards into his conduct, which found that he had not acted "on his personal honour".
